Court Warrior · Events & tournaments
Your date won’t move. Your counts will.
Registrations arrive late, sponsors sign late, and the shirts still have to be in hand before packet pickup. Tell us who the shirts are for and we work back from your date.
What decides an event order
- Who it is forRegistrants, crew, a team, or people buying merch — each counts, pays and ships differently.
- The in-hand dateUsually packet pickup or check-in, not the event itself.
- Where sizes come fromYour registration report, a volunteer count, or each person choosing.
- Sponsors and causesLogos you supply and are allowed to use, locked before the proof.

Everyone who registers
A shirt for every registrant, ready before packet pickup.
Registration is still open, sponsors are still signing, and the shirts have to be ordered anyway.
- Work back from your date. Event day, the day shirts must be in hand, and your shirt-guarantee cutoff — a person at Court Warrior confirms whether your date works before you pay.
- Order from your registration numbers. Paste the size counts from your registration report; we do not need anyone's name or email.
When do the shirts need to be in your hands?
- At packet pickup before the event We plan to your pickup date, not your event date, and pack by size.
- At check-in on the morning Same plan, with the event morning as the in-hand date.
- After the finish line (finisher shirts) Same as above; finisher shirts are counted from registrants, so tell us your expected finishers.
- Not sure yet Give us the event date and we will ask what your pickup looks like.

- Sponsors go on the back in full colour, from logo files you send and are allowed to use. We never contact your sponsors.
- Late registrations are normal; there is no minimum, so a small top-up order afterwards is an ordinary order.
- Adult, women's and youth cuts can go on one order.
- We do not make medals, bibs, banners or bottles, and we do not connect to your registration site.
Tell us what you know. We will guide the rest.
Our crew
Crew shirts people can spot across the start line.
When someone is lost, hurt or confused, they look for the shirt that is not like theirs.
- Pick a colour that is not the participant shirt. We set the crew colour against your registrant shirt so the two never blend.
- Label the roles you actually have. CREW, VOLUNTEER, STAFF or your own words on the back, one order, counts per role.
Do crew need to stand out from participants at a glance?
- Yes — different colour We suggest a contrasting colour and note it on your account for next year.
- Yes — and some wear vests Crew tees plus blank safety vests; ask whether your vest can be decorated.
- No — same shirt, different word Same garment, role printed on the back.

- Crew counts are usually small and known early, so crew shirts are often the first thing to lock in.
- Leaders and hosts often wear a polo or quarter-zip instead of a tee.
- Embroidered staff polos are not something we can promise today; printed polos are.

Our team, entering an event
Your team, matching, on someone else's start line.
The event is not yours — the team name is, and everyone wants their own size.
- Collect sizes with one link. Each teammate adds a name and size; you send it to us as one request.
- Check whose logo goes on it. Your team name is yours; the event's or the cause's logo needs their OK.
Start a size link Share it in your team chat
Does the event's or the cause's logo go on your shirt?
- Yes — they gave us the file or a template Send it with your request; we print it as supplied.
- Yes — we have not asked yet Ask the event or charity first; we cannot print their logo until they agree.
- No — just our team name Design it now in the Studio, or use the size link.

- We can open a private store so each teammate orders and pays for their own shirt; it ships to each of them.
- Stores do not raise money for the cause or pay out proceeds.
- Your walk's official fundraising page stays where it is; we only make the shirts.

People buying event merch
Merch people choose, pay for and keep.
Some people want the hoodie more than the race — you want no boxes of leftovers.
- Open a private store before the day. We set up your approved designs; each buyer picks a size, pays and gets it shipped. The store closes on a date.
- Or stock a table. If you would rather sell on the day, you order the stock like any bulk order and keep what does not sell.
Sold before the event, or at a table on the day?
- Before, shipped to each buyer A Court Warrior store for your event, opened and closed by our team.
- Before, picked up at the event Not yet — our stores ship to each buyer and cannot hold orders for pickup.
- At a table on the day You buy the stock and set your prices; we do not staff tables or take back unsold items.

- Stores do not add a markup for your cause or pay out proceeds.
- We cannot show you a list of who ordered what yet.
- Sponsor logos on merch follow the same rule: files you supply and are allowed to use.
Tell us what you know. We will guide the rest.
A family reunion or celebration
One shirt, the whole family, everyone's own size.
Cousins in four states, one date, and nobody knows anyone else's size.
- Share one size link. Each person adds a name and size; you send it to us as one request.
- Design it yourself. Put the family name and year on it in the Studio.

- Different colours per branch of the family are fine on one order.
- No sponsors, no registration — just the date and the sizes.

A sport with its own page here
Running a tournament in a sport we already cover?
What players wear on court follows the sport — its own gear and its rules. The organizer's side is the same for every event: registrants, crew, sponsors, merch and the date.
- Player gear: go to your sport. Each sport page has its own tournament path with that sport's gear.
- Everything the organizer runs: here. Registrant shirts, crew, sponsors, merch and your date work the same for any event — choose above.

- Sports without their own page (running, cycling, golf and others) are handled right here as events.
- Crew shirts and event merch for a sport tournament can still start here.
A company event
Your company's own event?
When the brand is yours and the budget is the company's, brand rules come first.
- Start at Business & Corporate. Company events are handled with your brand standards and purchasing in mind.

- Kitting and shipping to each attendee are not things we do today.
- A conference run by an association or nonprofit for its members can start here as an event.
