Court Warrior · HOAs & community associations
Gear for the neighborhood, bought the way associations buy.
Shirts for the pool crew by opening day, the Fourth of July run, the neighborhood hoodie residents actually want, and the swim team. Tell us what the community needs shirts for and we take you straight to how it works.
What decides a community order
- What it is forStaff and pool crew, a community event, gear residents buy, or the swim team.
- Who paysThe HOA, the master association or the metro district — the one that gets the invoice.
- Paperwork firstManagement companies often ask vendors for a W-9 or insurance certificate. Say what yours needs; a person confirms what we can provide.
- Residents’ detailsWe never ask for a resident list. The association shares the link.

Staff and pool crew
The pool crew, ready by opening day.
Lifeguards, the pool manager, the front desk, the clubhouse and grounds crew. Hired in spring, many of them 16 or 17, and the whole crew needs to be easy to spot by Memorial Day. Next spring, some come back and some are new.
- A size link for the crew. Each staff member adds a name and size; only you and Court Warrior see it. Nothing about them goes on a public page.
- Next spring, from this spring. The design, colors and sizes stay on the association’s account; late hires are one-piece orders, not a problem.

Who employs the pool staff?
- The association hires them directly. We quote the crew kit to the association and deliver it before opening day.
- A pool management company staffs the pool. The contractor usually supplies its own uniforms — check your contract. We can still make shirts for the association’s own staff and events.
- Some of each. Tell us which roles are the association’s; we quote those.

- Technical lifeguard shirts are usually polyester: we have printed on polyester; a person confirms your exact garment and color before you order. Swimwear or rash guards? Ask us — we tell you plainly what we can source.
- Embroidery is quoted by a person — say so on the request and we confirm it on your quote.
- Put opening day on the request; we tell you plainly if it is too close.
Tell us what you know. We will guide the rest.

A community event
Shirts for the event everyone waits for.
The Fourth of July bash, the fall festival, the neighborhood fun run, the holiday lights night. Volunteers need to be found, residents want a shirt to remember it, and a local business may sponsor the back. Same event next year, new design.
- The date first. We ask for the day it must be in hand and tell you plainly if it is too close.
- Volunteers and residents on one request. Volunteer shirts and a resident shirt can run together, each quoted as what it is.
A 5K with registration Registration counts, shirt cutoff and a sponsor lock.

Whose names and logos go on it?
- Only the community’s own. We can quote it now.
- The community’s and a sponsor’s. You confirm the sponsor has said yes and send the logo; we show you the shirt before anything is printed.
- A logo the developer or builder created. Check who owns it — sometimes it is the developer, not the association. Get written permission first.

- Race shirts are often technical polyester: we have printed on polyester; a person confirms your exact garment and color before you order.
- If the event happens every year, tick the box — next year’s reminder comes from your date, not a guess.

Gear residents buy
The neighborhood gear residents actually want.
The hoodie with the community’s name that people wear to the pool and the trailhead, a tee for the kids, a welcome gift for new neighbors. Residents pick and pay for their own — the association just shares the link.
- A store for residents. The community’s approved designs; each resident picks a size and pays at checkout; it ships to them; the store closes on your date.
- Or welcome gifts the association buys. One quote for a small stock of welcome shirts; reorder one piece at a time as neighbors move in.

Who buys it?
- Residents buy their own. A store opened by Court Warrior with you. You share the link in your newsletter — we never ask for a resident list.
- The association buys welcome gifts. We quote it to the association; no minimum, so a gift for one new household is a real order.
- The association sells it to residents. Selling merchandise yourselves raises sales-tax and approval questions — check them with your board and manager first. A store where each resident buys from us avoids you handling the money.

- A store that pays part of each sale back to the association: ask us, and we tell you plainly what we can do.
- The store cannot show you who ordered yet, and it ships to each resident rather than to the clubhouse.
- Mugs, yard signs and stickers are not things we make.
Tell us what you know. We will guide the rest.

Our swim team
The neighborhood swim team, before the first meet.
Summer league starts in June and ends at the championship meet in late July. Team tees and hoodies for the swimmers, shirts for the parents timing lanes and the coaches on deck — with orders due in May, when everyone is still thinking about school.
- A size link for the families. Each family adds the swimmer’s size. Only the team rep and Court Warrior see the names.
- Or a store for the families. Each family orders and pays for its own; it ships to them.

Who pays for it?
- The association or the team fund. One order, one box to the pool before the first meet.
- Each family pays for its own. A private store with the team’s design; each family orders, pays and gets it at home.
- The team parents collect. The size link keeps a checklist of who has paid — it never handles the money.
See how we handle the rest →
- We make the team’s tees, hoodies and deck shirts — not swimsuits, caps or parkas made for the pool deck.
- Printed names and numbers? Ask on the request — a person confirms what we can make before you order.
- Children’s names stay on the size link, never on a public page.
Tell us what you know. We will guide the rest.
The board and volunteers
Board members, committees and volunteers.
Board members at the annual meeting, the social committee at every event, the volunteers at the cleanup day. The board turns over; the association and its designs stay.
- Small orders are real orders. A shirt for each board member is a quote like any other — there is no minimum.
- Kept for the next board. Designs and sizes stay on the association’s account.
See how we handle the rest →
- Spending on shirts follows your association’s budget and approval rules — the board or your manager knows them.
A management company
Managing several communities?
Community managers look after several associations at once, each with its own board, budget and bank account. Setting up a vendor once and then ordering per community saves everyone time.
- Each community is its own account. Designs, sizes and history are kept per association, and each gets its own invoice.
- Paperwork once. Tell us what your company asks of vendors — a W-9, an insurance certificate, a portal. A person confirms what we can provide before you order.
See how we handle the rest →
- We never ask for owners’ or residents’ contact details. Each association shares its own links.
