Exchange and Return Policy

Item returns are allowed if  Court Warrior is notified within 30 days of delivery so long as the items are unused, unworn, and unwashed with all tags still attached. Returns / Exchanges are only allowed for items purchased directly from the Court Warrior.com online store. Items returned must be received by court warrior within 45 days of initial delivery. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE TRACKING. Court Warrior is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages you send back to us if the package does not have tracking.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs and you will receive a shipping label to print with instructions via email.  Depending on which shipping carrier is chosen your package may travel with USPS, FedEx, UPS, or any other major carrier and you will need to schedule a pickup with that carrier or drop the package at their facility.

  • If your package arrives damaged from shipping or the item is in less than perfect condition, you MUST take multiple adequate photos of BOTH THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AND THE PACKAGING IT ARRIVED IN and email us your invoice/order number along with a description of the issue to Support@courtwarrior.com.

If you wish to return an item that is not defective and has been shipped to you correctly, but you are otherwise dissatisfied due to things like the item is the wrong size, doesn’t fit, wrong color, etc. you will be responsible for all shipping costs to both return the item and have a new item shipped back to you.  You will be responsible for adequately packaging and shipping the item(s) back to us.

After 30 days post-delivery returns and exchanges are not permitted.  We encourage you to thoroughly inspect every item that is delivered to you for any damage or manufacturing defects. In the event you discover a manufacturing defect you must email us adequate photos with a description of the problem at Support@courtwarrior.com, please include your order number in the email. Once evaluated, we will email you a shipping label so that you may send the items back to us and we will either send you a replacement ASAP or refund your money based on your request. Court Warrior is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and/or international orders where the customer has opted to use a non-trackable delivery option.

How your design is approved

Designs you create and order yourself in our online Design Studio. Your preview is your proof. When you add a design to your cart and place your order, you approve the garment, colour, artwork, placement and print size shown in your Design Studio preview, and that approved preview is the proof we use to produce your order, subject to the normal production variations described below. We do not send a separate proof for these orders, and production can begin once your payment is accepted. The Design Studio checks your artwork file’s resolution at the print size you choose and tells you if it may not print sharply; it will not accept artwork that is far too low in resolution to print at that size. This check looks at resolution only — spelling, wording and design choices are yours to confirm in your preview. If we believe a file will not print acceptably, we may contact you before production to replace the file or change the print size, or cancel and fully refund the order.

Orders arranged with our team (group, team, organization and other projects we quote or set up with you). We send you a proof showing your design on the garment with its size and placement. Your order does not go to production until you approve that proof in writing — a reply to our email is enough. Reasonable changes to a proof are included. If you ask for substantial new design work, such as a completely new design, we will tell you the art or setup charge first, and we will not start that work until you agree to it.

What a preview or proof can and cannot show. Screens and printed garments differ. Printed colours can vary slightly from what your screen shows, and print size and position can vary slightly from garment to garment and between garment sizes. These normal variations are not manufacturing defects.

Changing or cancelling an order. Contact us right away at support@courtwarrior.com or (720) 663-0593. If production has not started, we will make the change if we can, or cancel your order and refund it. Once production has started, a custom order cannot be cancelled, and changes may carry additional costs, which we will tell you before doing anything.

Your artwork. When you upload or send us artwork, logos, text, names, photos or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to have it printed on merchandise. We may decline — or cancel and fully refund — any order we reasonably believe uses someone else’s trademark, copyrighted work, name or likeness without permission, or that we otherwise will not print.

When your order ships. We ship each order within the time we tell you for that order. If we do not tell you a time, we ship within 30 days after we receive your complete order — including payment and, for orders arranged with our team, your proof approval. If we cannot ship within that time, we will tell you promptly, give you a revised shipping date, and let you choose to accept the delay or cancel and receive a prompt refund for anything not yet shipped.
