The Basics
What is Court Warrior?
Premium apparel for people who actually play. Ready-made gear built around eight court sports, plus custom gear you design yourself in our free Design Studio.
Which sports do you cover?
Eight courts: pickleball, tennis, basketball, volleyball, badminton, racquetball, table tennis and futsal. There is also lifestyle gear that is not tied to any single sport.
Do you have a physical store?
We operate out of Colorado and sell online. Local pickup is available at checkout for Denver-metro addresses.
Ready-Made Gear
How is it printed?
DTF - direct to film - on quality blanks such as Bella and Canvas. It is built to hold up wash after wash.
How do I pick a size?
Every product page has a size chart. If you are between sizes or outfitting someone else, call or text 720.663.0593 and we will help you get it right.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One shirt is a perfectly good order.
Do you restock sold-out designs?
Sometimes. If something you want is gone, tell us at support@courtwarrior.com and we will let you know what is possible.
Custom Gear
Can I design my own?
Yes. The Design Studio is free to use. Upload your own logo or artwork, pull from the Court Warrior library, or let the AI generate concepts from a description.
I am not a designer. Can you help?
Two ways. Use the AI in the studio to generate concepts and adjust them, or send your idea to support@courtwarrior.com or 720.663.0593 and we will build it with you.
Is custom only for teams and businesses?
No. Teams, schools, leagues, bars and businesses all order from us - and so does one person with one good idea. There is no minimum on custom gear.
Where on the garment can you print?
Front and back on tees and hoodies. The designer shows your live print size as you work, so you always know what will actually fit in the print area.
Do I get to see it before it is made?
Yes. You see a live preview while you design, and that preview travels with your order through cart, checkout and your confirmation email.
How long does a custom order take?
It depends on the garment and the quantity, so we confirm timing with you rather than quote a number that might be wrong. Ask when you order, or call 720.663.0593 before you do.
Orders And Your Account
How do I track my order?
You get a confirmation email as soon as the order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
What is My Court Warrior?
A free account. It keeps your orders, your saved designs and your reorders in one place, so the second order is far easier than the first. It is optional - guest checkout works fine.
I already signed up for emails. Is that the same account?
It is meant to be. One email address should equal one Court Warrior identity. If checkout tells you that email already has an account, sign in rather than creating a second one and everything stays together.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, plus bank payment, handled securely by Stripe. Your full card number never touches our servers.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Reach out immediately at 720.663.0593 or support@courtwarrior.com. Ready-made orders can often be caught before they ship. Custom orders can only be changed before production begins.
Returns
What is the return policy on ready-made gear?
Let us know within 30 days of delivery and the item can come back unused, unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached. Full details, including how to send it, live on our Terms and Conditions page.
What about custom gear?
Custom items are made specifically for you, so they are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect. If something arrives wrong or damaged, email photos and your order number to support@courtwarrior.com and we will make it right.
