Court Warrior

Court Warrior · Leagues

Every team, every season, from the league office.

Rec districts, independent and social leagues, club ladders. The shirt in every registration, the champions’ shirts at the end, the crew that runs game night, and the hoodie players ask about. Tell us what the league needs and we take you straight to how it works.

What decides a league order

  1. What forA shirt in every registration, champion shirts, staff, or gear players buy.
  2. How the league paysCard, check, invoice or a district purchase order — a person confirms what we can accept.
  3. The calendarFirst games and finals. We ask for them first and tell you plainly if a date is too close.
  4. NumbersAsk us first: a person confirms numbers garment by garment. A color per team we quote now.

A shirt in every registration

The league shirt, a color per team, every season.

Your fee includes a shirt. Every team gets its own color, every player gets one in their size, and next season it starts again with new teams and a few returning ones.

  1. Counts from your registrations. Send team counts and sizes by color from your registration report; late teams are a small second order, not a problem.
  2. Next season starts where this one ended. Your design, team colors and counts stay on the league’s account — tick “every season” and your next reminder comes from your date.

What do the teams wear?

  • Numbered jerseys. Ask on the request: a person confirms what we can make for numbers, and you check what your league requires.
  • Performance (dri-fit) shirts. We have printed on performance polyester; a person confirms your exact garment and color before you order.

Champion shirts

Champion shirts for every division.

The season ends, each division crowns a team, and the winners get a shirt nobody else has — a handful per division, sizes you only know once you know who won.

  1. The design is ready before the finals. One champions design with a line for each division; we set it up ahead so only the counts wait for the final.
  2. Small counts are ordinary. There is no minimum — twelve shirts for one division and eight for another is a normal order.

When do the champions get them?
  • A few weeks after the finals. We can quote this now: sizes come from the winning teams’ captains.
  • On the spot, the night of the finals. Then the sizes are a guess before anyone has won. A person confirms what can be ready for your date before you order.
  • Next season, at the first game. An easy date to plan for.

  2. Kept for next season. New staff get the same design one piece at a time — there is no minimum.

Gear players buy

League gear players buy for themselves.

The league shirt comes with registration; the hoodie, the crewneck and the “I survived the winter season” tee are what players ask about. Each player picks, pays, and it comes to them — the league does not handle the money.

  1. A store for your players. Your approved designs; each player picks sizes and pays at checkout; each order ships to them; it closes on your date.
  2. Or buy in bulk and sell it yourselves. One quote; you set the price at your own table.

Should the store raise money for the league?
  • No — players just pay for the gear. We can do this today. The store is opened by Court Warrior with you.
  • Yes — add something on top for the league. Ask us about a share of each sale — we tell you plainly what we can do.
  • We would rather sell it ourselves. One quote; the rules for your own sales are yours to check.

A youth league

Youth leagues have their own page.

A youth league plans season shirts from a registration list of children, with parents paying and a volunteer manager on every team — a different path from an adult league.

  1. Every team in its own color. Season shirts for the whole league from one registration list.
  2. Team managers and families. A size link for each team and a store for spirit wear.

A tournament we host

Hosting a tournament?

A one-day or one-weekend tournament plans shirts back from the event date — entrants, volunteers, sponsors on the back.

  1. Planned back from the date. The Events page asks for the event day first.
  2. Counts from registration. Paste the size counts from your registration report.

One team

Captain of one team?

A captain buying for one team — or a team where each player pays their own — starts on the Adult teams page.

  1. The captain collects. A size link for the team and one order, one box.
  2. Or each player pays. A team store; each order ships to that player.

A sport with its own page here

Some sports have their own page here.

Pickleball, volleyball, basketball, tennis and more have a page built around the game itself. For the league’s season, colors and staff, stay here; for gear made for that sport, start there.

  1. Running the league? Stay on this page — the season plan, the store and the quote work the same for every sport.
  2. Gear made for the sport? Each sport page has its own designs and garments.

What league organizers ask before ordering league shirts

Rec districts, social leagues and club ladders: one design, many teams, every season.

Can every team get its own colour?

Yes. Use one design on the same tee and give each team its colour; the quantity counts across sizes and colours, so the whole league reaches the group price together.

How much are custom league t-shirts?

League tees designed online show their live price in the Studio, with group prices at 12, 24, 48 and 72 pieces. Performance shirts and back prints are priced by a person.

Can players order and pay for their own league gear?

Yes. A store link lets each player pick a size and pay for the league hoodie or tee themselves: gear players buy.

Do you make referee and staff shirts?

Yes, through a person: staff polos, quarter-zips and crew tees are confirmed and priced before you order: staff and site crew.

When do we order champion shirts?

Once the finals date is set. Tell us the date and the counts per division, and we confirm timing before you pay: champion shirts.

Can league shirts carry player names or numbers?

Ask us first: a person confirms names and numbers garment by garment. A colour per team with your league design can be quoted now.
