Court Warrior

Court Warrior · Clubs & associations

Club gear, from one new member to the whole chapter.

Car and riding clubs, service clubs and lodges, veterans’ posts, run crews and meetups. Tell us whose name goes on it — we show you what we can make, what your organization may need to confirm first, and how members can pay for their own.

What decides a club order

  1. Whose nameYour own club logo is yours to use. A national organization’s emblem follows that organization’s rules.
  2. Who paysThe club, or each member for their own — a size link or a private members’ store.
  3. How manyNo minimum. One piece for a new member is an ordinary order.
  4. Next yearYour designs stay with the club, so the next officer starts where you left off.

Our own club

Your club, your logo, everyone in their own size.

Members join all year, everyone wants a different size, and nobody wants to front the money and chase it back.

  1. A size link for the whole club. Share one link; each member adds a name and size. You can note an amount and tick who has paid — it never handles the money.
  2. Your design on the real garment. Upload the club logo — even an old low-resolution file — and see it on the actual shirt before anyone pays.

Who owns the logo?
  • The club — we made it. We print it. If a member drew it, it is worth getting their OK in writing.
  • It uses a car, motorcycle or other brand’s logo. We can print it only with written permission from that brand. Many clubs use their own name and crest instead — we can help with that.
  • Not sure. Send it over; we tell you what we see before anything is printed.

  • Members can also pay for themselves through a private members’ store we open for you: each member picks a size, pays at checkout and it ships to them. It is not self-serve yet.
  • A members’ store charges members Court Warrior’s price. A markup or a fundraising share: ask us, and we tell you plainly what we can do.
  • New members later in the year? Two or three shirts are an ordinary order.
  • Logos are printed; embroidery is quoted by a person. Patches, back patches and rockers: ask us — a person tells you plainly what we can make and what it costs. A club’s colors belong to that club: we make them only for the club itself, ordered by one of its officers.

Our chapter, post or lodge

Your chapter’s gear — and your national’s rules checked first.

You are this year’s president or secretary, the emblem belongs to your national organization, and the officer after you will need the same order next year.

  1. Whose emblem, settled first. Tell us your national organization. You confirm what its rules allow before we print; the chapter name on its own is often the simplest route.
  2. Officers and members, one plan. Officer shirts on one quote for the chapter; members’ own shirts through a size link or a members’ store.

Does your national organization’s emblem go on it?
  • Yes. Court Warrior is not a licensed vendor for any national organization. Rules differ by organization — some allow a small number of club items or a one-time permission, others require a licensed vendor. Check yours and send us the permission; we print only what it allows.
  • Just our chapter or post name. Usually the simplest route. Some organizations also control the use of their name, so check yours.
  • Not sure. Tell us the organization; we tell you what to ask your national before anything is printed.
See how we handle the rest →
  • We do not approve emblem use and cannot request permission on your behalf.
  • Officer polos: most performance polos are polyester. We have printed on polyester; a person confirms your exact garment and color before you order. Embroidery is quoted by a person. Patches, pins, badges or banners? Ask on the request and we tell you plainly what we can make or source.
  • Your designs are kept under the chapter, so next year’s officers can reorder without starting over.
  • Ordering tax-exempt or on account? Say so; a person confirms what we can accept before you order.

One shirt for the group, without anyone fronting the money.

There is no treasurer and no logo — just a host, a group chat and a dozen people who all want one.

  2. Everyone adds their own size. Share one size link in the group chat. You can note an amount per person and tick who has paid you.

Are the shirts given out or sold?
  • Given to participants and volunteers. The club orders them on one quote.
  • Sold to raise money. You can buy the shirts and sell them yourselves. We do not run fundraising stores or pay out profits.
  • Both. We quote the given ones; the sold ones are your club’s own sale.

An HOA or neighborhood association

HOAs and neighborhoods have their own page.

Associations buy from a board budget, often through a management company — a different path from a members’ club.

  1. Pool staff, events and residents’ gear. The HOA page covers what associations order.
  2. One quote to the association. The association or its manager receives the quote.

HOAs & communities

  • We never ask for a resident list; the association shares its own links.

A sport club or league

Sport clubs and leagues have their own pages.

A youth league, an adult team or a club built around one sport buys by season and team, not by member year.

  1. Youth clubs and leagues. Every team in its own color, a team manager’s size link, spirit wear for families.
  2. A sport with its own page. Basketball, volleyball, pickleball, tennis and more.

Adult teams

Leagues

  • An adult rec team starts with who is paying; a league office with what the league needs shirts for.

A youth unit or troop

Youth units: an adult leader orders.

Youth programs often carry a national organization’s protected marks and involve children’s information.

  1. Adult leader contact only. We ask for the leader’s details and a count by size — no children’s names.
  2. Marks checked first. Many youth organizations require a licensed vendor for their emblems; the unit name alone may be possible.
