Quick guide: set up, share, fundraise, reopen

1. Set it up

Name your store, add your logo and colours, then add pieces by their design codes (pick them from your saved designs). Choose when it closes and whether people pick up or have it shipped.

2. Share it

Copy the link, or text or email it with one tap. The QR code is for flyers and the sideline. The closing date shows on the store, and people can add it to their calendar.

3. Fundraise

Add an amount per piece under Fundraising. Your organization earns that add-on less its card-processing fee. Taxes and shipping are separate; refunds and adjustments appear on your earnings page. Court Warrior keeps its own price. Everyone pays when they order, and nothing is made until it is paid.

4. Reopen next season

When the store closes, come back here and reopen it with one tap. Your saved pieces and artwork, with new dates. Buyers see current prices before they pay. Set a reorder reminder and we will email you when it is time. Made to order, 7 to 10 business days after your artwork is approved.

The add-on is included in the shopper price. Your earnings are that amount less its card-processing fee, with refunds and adjustments shown in your earnings page. Taxes and shipping are separate.

Group presale uses the existing production minimums and quantity tiers, not the total across unrelated products. Buyers see the maximum price, batch minimum and the existing shortfall rule before paying. Court Warrior confirms production after the group closes; no money moves from this form.
