How your earnings are worked out

• Court Warrior charges its price for each item. You choose the selling price. What the customer pays above Court Warrior's price is your earnings.
• Sales tax and shipping are collected from the customer and are not part of anyone's earnings.
• A discount code reduces your earnings first, never Court Warrior's price, unless Court Warrior created the code.
• If an order is cancelled before we start making it, everything is refunded and nothing is charged to you.
• If it is cancelled after we have started, the costs Court Warrior has already spent on that item (the garment, the printing and any shipping already paid) are covered from that item's earnings first. You are never charged more than that item's earnings.
• If the problem was on our side (wrong item, defect, misprint, late, lost), Court Warrior pays for it. Your earnings on that item are reversed because the sale did not go through, and nothing else is taken from you.
• If a refund needs a closer look, nothing is taken from your earnings and that item is not paid out until we have decided. Earnings become payable 30 days after the order ships, once refunds are no longer expected.
• The card company charges about 2.9% plus 30 cents on each payment. The part that belongs to your earnings is taken out of your earnings; Court Warrior's own share is unchanged.
