Court Warrior

Court Warrior · Adult teams

Team shirts, without fronting everyone’s money.

Softball, kickball, volleyball, basketball, flag football, pickleball — a rec team, a social league, the office team. Tell us who is paying and we take you straight to how it works: one order the captain collects for, or each player paying for their own.

What decides a team order

  1. Who paysThe captain collects, each player pays their own, the company, or a sponsor.
  2. The league’s ruleSame color, same color and numbers, or no rule. Check yours — it decides what you need.
  3. The first gameWe ask for it first and tell you plainly if it is too close.
  4. NumbersSend us your roster: a person confirms the garment, the layout and the price with you, and you approve a written proof before we make it.

Me — I’ll collect from the team

Matching shirts before the first game, one order.

You signed the team up, paid the league and now need a dozen matching shirts before the first pitch — in the color the league asks for, in everyone’s own size, with a couple spare for the player who joins in week three.

  1. One size link for the team. Each player adds a size, and a number request if your league wants numbers. Only you and Court Warrior see the names; you tick off who has paid you back.
  2. Then one order, one box. Garments, sizes and price in writing, delivered to you. A late player’s single shirt later is an ordinary order — there is no minimum.

What does your league require?
  • Same-color shirts, or no rule. We can quote this now: your design, your color, everyone’s own size.
  • Same color and numbers. Send your roster with the request: a person confirms the garment, the layout and the price, and you check what your league accepts.
  • The league gives us a shirt. Then you may want what it does not cover — a hoodie for late-season games or a team tee for after.
See how we handle the rest →
  • Performance (dri-fit) fabrics: we have printed on polyester; a person confirms your exact garment and color before you order.
  • A pro or college team’s name or logo — or a joke on one — belongs to that team. We do not print it without the owner’s written OK.
  • Your first-game date goes on the request; a person confirms whether it works before you pay.

Each player pays their own

Each player orders their own — nobody chases money.

The captain should not be the team’s bank. Each player picks a size, pays for their own shirt (and a hoodie if they want one), and it comes to them.

  1. A private store for your team. Your approved design; each player picks sizes and pays at checkout; each order ships to that player; it closes on your date.
  2. Open again for the next player. The design stays on your team’s account, so a player who joins mid-season can get the same shirt.

How should the shirts arrive?
  • Each player’s order ships to them. That is how the team store works today. It is opened by Court Warrior with you.
  • Everything in one box to the captain. The store cannot group orders into one box yet. For one box, the captain orders for everyone and players pay the captain back.
  • Someone adds a little on top for the team fund. Ask us about a share of each sale — we tell you plainly what we can do.

  • Stores are opened by Court Warrior with you; they are not self-serve yet.

Our company

The company team, in the company’s colors.

Your employer is covering shirts for the corporate league or the company kickball day — the company logo on the front, maybe the team name on the back, and a hoodie for the people who show up every week.

  1. Sizes from a size link. Everyone adds their own size; only you and Court Warrior see the names.
  2. A quote the company can approve. Garments, sizes and price in writing, to whoever signs off. Next season starts from the same design.

How will the company pay?
  • A company card. We can quote this now.
  • An invoice or a purchase order. Say so on the request; a person confirms what we can accept before you order.
  • Each person pays their own. Then a team store fits better — each person pays and it ships to them.

  • Use the company logo only with the company’s OK — usually marketing or whoever owns the brand.
  • Staff polos or quarter-zips for after the game? Most are polyester. We have printed on polyester; a person confirms your exact garment and color before you order. Embroidery is quoted by a person — say so on the request and we confirm it on your quote.
  • Outfitting the whole company, not just the team? The Businesses page covers staff gear.

A sponsor — a bar or business

Your sponsor on the back, their OK first.

The bar you go to after games, a teammate’s business or a local shop is paying for the shirts — or part of them — and wants its logo on the back. The sponsor says yes to its logo; you send us the file.

  1. Their logo, their OK. You confirm the sponsor has said yes and send the logo file; we place it and show you before anything is printed.
  2. A quote the sponsor can see. Garments, sizes and price in writing, so the sponsor knows what it is paying for. Sizes come from a size link.

Who pays the bill?
  • The sponsor pays us directly. Tell us who; a person confirms how the sponsor pays before you order.
  • The sponsor gives the team money. Then the captain orders and pays — the same as any team order.
  • The sponsor pays part, players the rest. Say so on the request; a person works out the simplest way to split it.

We run the league

Running the league, not one team?

A league office or tournament director orders for many teams at once — a color per team, staff and champion shirts — on a budget, not from a captain’s pocket.

  1. One design, a color per team. Counts from your team registrations; late teams are a small second order.
  2. Kept for next season. Your design, colors and counts stay on the league’s account.

A team for one tournament

One tournament, one team.

A team that comes together for one weekend — a charity kickball day, a 3-on-3, a sand volleyball tournament — plans shirts back from the event date.

  1. Planned back from the date. The Events page asks for the event day first and handles the event’s own name and logo.
  2. One order, one box. The captain orders for everyone.

  • The event’s name and logo belong to the event — its organizer says yes first.

A youth team

Youth teams have their own page.

A youth team is run by a parent volunteer collecting sizes and money from families — a different path from an adult team.

  1. One team, twelve families. A size link for the families and one order for the coach or team manager.
  2. Every team in a league. Season shirts in each team’s color from one registration list.

A sport with its own page here

Some sports have their own page here.

Basketball, volleyball, futsal, pickleball, tennis and more have a page built around the game itself. For your team’s order, stay here; for gear made for that sport, start there.

  1. Ordering for the team? Stay on this page — the size link, the team store and the quote work the same for every sport.
  2. Gear made for the sport? Each sport page has its own designs and garments.
