Every team in our league
The season for every team, planned from one list.
A rec association or club outfitting dozens of teams before the first games — one design, each team in its own color, sizes from registration, maybe a local sponsor on each team’s back. Then again next season, with new players and the same league.

What do the teams need?
- Season shirts in each team’s color. We can quote this now: one design, team colors, sizes from your registration counts.
- Numbered game jerseys. Ask on the request — a person confirms what we can make, and you check what your league requires.
- A sponsor on each team’s back. You confirm each sponsor has said yes and send the logo; we place each one on its team and show you before anything is printed.

- A national program’s name or logo — Little League, for one — belongs to that program and is licensed. We do not print it without the owner’s written OK.
- Hosting a tournament too? The Events page plans shirts back from your date.
- Paying by invoice or with tax-exempt paperwork? Say so; a person confirms what we can accept before you order.

- Each family pays on its own. We can open a private store with your team’s design; each family picks a size and pays, and it ships to them.
- A local sponsor is covering it. Tell us who; you confirm the sponsor’s OK and send the logo.

Should the store raise money for the club?
- No — families just pay for the gear. We can do this today. The store is opened by Court Warrior with you.
- Yes — add something on top that goes to the club. Ask us about a share of each sale — we tell you plainly what we can do.
- We would rather buy in bulk and sell it ourselves. One quote; you set the price at your table. The rules for your own fundraising sales are yours to check with your treasurer.

Coaches, refs & volunteers
Gear for the adults who run the season.
Coaches who should be easy to find at the field, board members at registration day, volunteers at the concession stand. The league usually pays; the list changes every season.

- Kept for next season. New coaches next season get the same design, one piece at a time — there is no minimum.

What do they wear?
- Tees or hoodies in the league’s colors. We can quote this now.
- Coach polos or quarter-zips. Most performance polos are polyester. We have printed on polyester; a person confirms your exact garment and color before you order. Embroidery is quoted by a person — say so on the request and we confirm it on your quote.
- Referee uniforms. Officials wear the kit their association sets. We make shirts for everyone else on the sideline.

Numbered game jerseys
Game jerseys: ask us first.
Many clubs buy their game kit — jerseys, shorts and socks, numbered, often sublimated — from one uniform partner for two seasons at a time, and each family orders it. Ask us about that kind of kit and we tell you plainly what we can arrange.
- What we can make. Season shirts in each team’s color for rec leagues, warm-ups, practice shirts and sideline gear, in cotton and blends.
- What a person confirms first. Printed names and numbers and sublimated jerseys are confirmed by a person for your garments; printing on performance polyester is confirmed garment by garment. Tell us what you need and we say plainly.

What coaches and team parents ask before ordering
For the coach, the team parent and the league volunteer who ended up with the shirt job.
How do I get every family's size without chasing them?
Send one size link. Each family adds the player's size and you see who has answered: start a group roster.
Can each family pay for its own?
Yes. A store link lets each family pick a size and pay for its own order, so the coach is not fronting the team's money.
Do you have youth sizes and performance shirts kids can play in?
Yes. Youth sizes and performance fabric are confirmed by a person, garment and colour, before you order; we have printed on polyester.
Can you make numbered game jerseys?
Ask us first. A person confirms what we can make for your sport and you check what your league requires: numbered game jerseys.
What about shirts for coaches, refs and volunteers?
Polos, quarter-zips and staff tees for the adults who run the season are quoted by a person: coaches, refs and volunteers.
Can we have shirts before the first game?
Tell us the first game date when you ask. We confirm timing before you pay.
What does a team shirt cost?
Adult tees designed online show their live price in the Studio, with group prices that step down from 12 pieces. Youth sizes and performance tees are priced by a person on your quote, so you know the number before anyone pays.
