- Who runs the store matters: a PTA, PTO or booster club is usually its own organization, separate from the school. Tell us which, and the store is set up for them.
- Want the store to raise money for your group? A store that pays part of each sale back to you is not switched on yet. Say so on the request and we tell you honestly what we can do today.

A team, a club, band, a class or a program usually needs one order: every size in one place, one proof, one price for the group — paid by the school, a booster club or the families.

Staff & departments
Staff apparel the business office can approve.
Faculty shirts, a department’s polos, coaches’ layers, new-staff kits. The school pays, and someone has to approve it before it is ordered.
- A written quote first. Styles, sizes, decoration and price in writing, so it can be approved before anything is made.

A PTA, PTO or booster club is usually its own organization, with its own money. A store lets families buy directly, so volunteers are not sorting orders and counting cash.

What schools ask before ordering spirit wear, team and staff shirts
Short answers for principals, athletic directors, teachers and the parents who run the sale.
How do families order school spirit wear without paper forms?
Through a store link: each family picks sizes and pays for its own order, and it ships to them. A person at Court Warrior opens the store with your school.
Is the PTO or PTA ordering rather than the school?
Parent groups have their own page, built around spirit wear sales, fun runs, teacher appreciation and class shirts: PTO and PTA shirts.
Can we put the school logo or mascot on the shirts?
Yes, with the school's OK, and the district's where it requires one. Tell us who has approved it and we confirm before any proof.
Can the school pay with a purchase order?
Ask us. Tell us how the school or district pays and we tell you plainly what we can accept before anything is ordered.
Do you have youth sizes for students?
Yes. Tell us the garment and the sizes you need and a person confirms the garment, the decoration and the price before you order.
Who approves the design for a staff or team order?
Every school order comes with a written proof, so the person who signs off sees exactly what will be made before anything is made.
What is the most economical way to shirt a whole class or team?
One design on one tee across all sizes and colours. Online tees show their live price in the Studio and step down at 12, 24, 48 and 72 pieces.
