Crew gear and house merch, from one logo.
Your crew wears it on shift; your guests buy it off the wall. Those are different orders with different rules — tell us who ends up wearing it and we take you straight to how it works.

Our crew, on shift
Crew gear that keeps up with hiring.
Servers, line cooks, bartenders, baristas, the taproom crew. Someone new starts every few weeks and needs the same shirt as everyone else — two more shirts when someone starts, not another box of 24.
- Your crew kit, remembered. The garment, colour and logo spot for each role — floor, kitchen, bar, managers — kept on your account, so the next order is the same shirt.
- One piece is a real order. Two new hires means two shirts. There is no minimum to meet.

Does anyone on the crew pay for their own gear?
- No — the business pays. The usual path. We quote it as one business order, delivered to the venue.
- Crew members can buy optional extras. We can open a private store with your approved designs for extras people choose to buy. Required crew gear stays a business order.
- We want the crew to pay for required shirts. Colorado’s wage rules say an employer that requires a logo uniform provides it at no cost to the employee (7 CCR 1103-1, Rule 6.3). Check with your own adviser — we quote required crew gear to the business.

- Tees take a full-color print. Polos, aprons and caps usually look best embroidered — our team quotes embroidery on every order. Choose “Embroidered” on the request.
- If your kitchen runs on a linen or uniform-rental service, keep it — we make the shirts and aprons that sit beside it.
- Blank aprons and chef shirts are in the shop; whether we can put your logo on a particular apron is checked on your quote.
- A manager can reorder approved crew designs from a private store we open for you — paid on the business card and shipped to the venue.
Tell us what you know. We will guide the rest.

Guests who buy it
Merch your regulars actually buy.
The hat behind the bar, the hoodie by the register, the tee people buy on the way out. You carry the stock, so you want a small first run, sizes that sell through, and more of the one that sold out — not a box of leftover mediums.
- A small first run. Start with a few dozen of one design and see what moves. Designs stay on your account, so a restock starts where you left off.
- Your art, as drawn. Full-colour label art and illustrations print without screens to set up.

Whose logo is on it?
- Only our own name and logo. We can make it now.
- A beer, spirit or wine brand we pour, or a sponsor. That logo belongs to the brand. We need the brand owner’s written permission before we print it — and brand shirts are often supplied by the brand itself.
- A collab with another brewery or business. Both names belong to their owners. We need a written OK from each before design.

- Avoid printing a date on stock you hope to sell later — dated shirts stop selling after the day.
- Buying to resell? Say so on the request; how resale paperwork and sales tax apply to your order is confirmed on the quote.
- We do not run an online merch shop that pays you a share of sales. Holding your stock or shipping your web orders? Ask — we tell you plainly what we can do.
- Glassware, koozies, stickers or coasters? Ask on the request and we tell you plainly what we can source. Hats: your logo on the front as a heat-applied print or patch, confirmed on your quote; embroidered hats are quoted by a person — say so on the request.

Our members and regulars
Gear for your mug club, wine club or regulars.
Membership comes with a shirt, a hat or a hoodie — and every year brings new members and renewals. The business or the dues pay; the members wear it; the club’s name and year change each season.
- A size link for members. Send one link; each member adds a name and a size; only you and Court Warrior see the list.
- Next year, from where you left off. The design, the sizes and the club’s renewal month stay on your account, so next season starts from last season.

An event, release or opening
Gear for a date that will not move.
An anniversary party, a beer release, a festival pour crew, a grand opening. Staff and volunteers need matching shirts, and guests may want one to take home — all by one date.
- The date first. We ask for the day it must be in hand before anything else, and tell you plainly if it is too close.
- Crew and keepsake on one request. Event-crew shirts and a take-home version for guests can run together, each quoted as what it is.

Whose name goes on it?
- Only ours. We can quote it now.
- A festival’s or event organizer’s name or logo. Owned by the organizer. Tell us who runs it; we need their OK in writing.
- Sponsors’ or collab partners’ logos. Each owner’s written OK, and their artwork files.
See how we handle the rest →
- No delivery date is promised before your artwork and order are approved.
- Whether you may sell merch on site at someone else’s festival is the organizer’s rule — check it.
- If it happens every year, tick the box: next year’s reminder comes from your date, not a guess.
Tell us what you know. We will guide the rest.
A hotel, resort or franchise location
Hotels and franchises: where we fit, and where we do not.
Branded hotels and franchise restaurants usually order uniforms from the brand’s approved vendors, to the brand’s specification. Court Warrior does not replace that.
- Independent hotels, lodges and restaurants. Your own crew gear works like any restaurant crew — start there.
- Your property’s own merch and events. Gift-shop merch and event gear with your own property’s name.
See how we handle the rest →
- We do not quote brand-standard uniforms for a flagged hotel or franchise location unless your brand’s rules allow an outside vendor — check your franchise agreement.
- Your own property name on your own merch is simplest; a brand’s name or logo needs the brand’s OK.
Selling our merch through other stores
Wholesale, consignment and online merch: what is true today.
Some merch programs store your stock, ship your web orders and supply other shops. Court Warrior makes the merch; it does not run that program today.
- What we do. Make the run you order, delivered to you.
- What to ask us about first. Holding inventory, shipping your online orders or selling to other stores for you: ask, and we tell you plainly what we can do. A share of online sales is not switched on.
See how we handle the rest →
- Many venues sell online through the store built into their own point-of-sale system and restock from a printed run.
- Your designs stay on your account, so a reprint of what sold out starts from the last run.
