Court Warrior

Court Warrior · Businesses

Your company’s look, on every new hire.

Crew shirts, booth gear, new-hire shirts and gifts for customers — from one piece. Tell us who will be wearing your logo and we show you what we can do now, and say plainly what we cannot.

What decides a business order

  1. Who wears itYour crew every day, a booth for two days, a new hire on Monday, or a customer you may never meet.
  2. How it is decoratedTees and hoodies take a full-color print. Polos, quarter-zips and caps usually look best embroidered — our team quotes embroidery on every order. Choose “Embroidered, please” on the request.
  3. How the company paysCard at checkout, or a written quote your office approves. Need our W-9, an invoice or a PO? Ask — a person confirms what we can accept before you order.
  4. Whose logo it isUsually yours. A franchise or parent brand’s logo follows that brand’s rules — tell us and we check with you.

Our crew, on the job

Work shirts your crew can wear every day.

Technicians, stylists, trainers, installers, the people at the counter. One look for everyone, a few shirts each — and every new hire needs the same thing in their own size.

  1. Sizes from your whole crew. One link; each person adds a name and a size; only you and Court Warrior see the list.
  2. Then a written quote. Garments, sizes, logo placement and price in writing before anything is made.

When someone new starts, how should they get their shirts?
  • A manager orders for them. We can keep your approved designs as a private company collection a manager reorders from, one piece at a time. We set it up with you; it is not self-serve yet.
  • We restock in batches. Send a new size link each time; we quote the batch against the same designs.
  • We keep spares on a shelf. We can quote a size run for you to hold. Want us to hold the stock? Ask — we tell you plainly what we can do.
  • Each person buys their own. A private store where each person picks a size and pays at checkout. Company allowances or credits: ask us, and we tell you plainly what we can set up.

  • Want polos, quarter-zips or caps embroidered? Choose “Embroidered, please” on the request — our team quotes the stitching with the garments.
  • We sell and decorate. If you run on a uniform-rental or laundry service, keep it — we make the shirts and gear that sit beside it.
  • Crew on a job site that requires rated hi-vis? Read the hi-vis question below before choosing a garment.
Tell us what you know. We will guide the rest.

Our team at an event

Matching gear for the booth, the launch or the company day.

A trade show, a grand opening, a charity run the company enters, the summer picnic. One date, one headcount, everyone in the same thing — and it has to be there before the doors open.

  1. One look for the whole team. Pick the garment once; sizes come from a size link or your own count.
  2. Your date on the request. Tell us when it has to be in hand; the written quote says whether we can make it. The website does not promise dates.

Where does it need to arrive?
  • One address — the office or our own place. One shipment, quoted with the order.
  • Straight to the venue. Tell us the venue and its receiving rules; the quote says whether we can meet them.
  • To each person, separately. Say how many addresses; the quote confirms what we can ship. A private store ships to each buyer instead, but cannot send everything to one booth.

Demo first day at the fictional Quarrowby Home Services: a new hire in a slate company hoodie printed across the chest shakes hands with her manager

New hires & our people

Gear for new hires, milestones and thank-yous.

A shirt and a cap on someone’s first day, a quarter-zip at the one-year mark, a hoodie for everyone in December. HR or the office gives it, the company pays, and nobody is sure of everyone’s size.

  1. One piece is a real order. Welcome one new person without ordering a case — the same design every time.
  2. Or everyone at once. A size link collects sizes before a company-wide gift; one quote for the lot.

How does it reach each person?
  • Handed out at the office. One shipment to the office, quoted with the order.
  • Shipped to people’s homes. Each person can order their size from a private company collection and it ships to them — but they pay at checkout; the company paying through that store is not something we can do yet. For a company-paid send, say how many addresses and the quote confirms what we can ship.
  • A boxed welcome kit. Boxed welcome kits, stored stock or automatic sends when someone is hired: ask us, and we tell you plainly what we can do. We make the shirt, cap and bag that go into the kit.
See how we handle the rest →
  • We keep your approved designs on your account, so the tenth hire can get what the first one got.
  • Sizes unknown? A size link is the reliable way; any size split we suggest is only a guess.
  • Whether a gift is taxable to the employee is a question for your accountant.
  • A department’s thank-you week — Nurses Week, say — is the same order: one size link for the unit, one quote for the lot.
Tell us what you know. We will guide the rest.

Customers & clients

Your name on gear for customers, clients and regulars.

A tote at the grand opening, a cap for every client who signs, the hoodie your regulars keep asking to buy. You do not know their sizes — and giving it away is different paperwork from selling it.

  1. Gear that skips the size problem. Caps, totes and blankets fit everyone; for shirts you choose the size split and we quote it.
  2. Give away or sell, said up front. Tell us which on the request; how we handle a resale certificate is confirmed on the quote.

Will you give it away or sell it?
  • Give it away. Gifts, giveaways, a thank-you — we quote it to your business.
  • Sell it to our customers. Say so on the request; if you hold a resale licence, the quote confirms whether we can accept it. We do not run a shop that sells to your customers for you.
  • Both. We quote the two separately so your paperwork stays clean.

A franchise or several locations

Franchises and businesses with several locations.

Your franchise agreement may name the suppliers you must use for anything carrying the brand, and the franchisor usually owns the logo you wear. A company with several locations wants every one of them to match.

  1. Your brand’s rules first. Tell us whether your agreement requires an approved supplier. If it does and we are not on the list, we say so before anything is designed.
  2. One look, several locations. One set of approved designs we keep for your company; each location tells us what it needs.

Hi-vis or safety gear

Hi-vis and safety apparel: where we fit, and where we do not.

If a job site, contract or employer requires rated hi-vis, the rating belongs to the garment as it is made. Court Warrior does not certify that a garment still meets a safety standard once a logo is added.

  1. Rated blanks from our catalog. Safety vests and hi-vis workwear; check each garment’s stated class against what your site requires.
  2. Decoration, case by case. Adding a logo to a rated garment is quoted case by case, after your safety lead has confirmed it is acceptable.
