Court Warrior · Colleges & universities
Campus gear, ordered the way campuses allow.
A department, a student organization, a chapter and an alumni group each buy differently — and university and Greek marks come with rules. Tell us who is ordering and we take you straight to what is possible.
What decides a campus order
- Only your own nameNo university name, logo, seal or mascot and no Greek letters: we can usually make it now.
- The university’s marksUsually trademark-office approval, and often a licensed vendor — even for giveaways.
- Greek letters or crestOwned by the national organization and licensed through its program.
- Who paysUniversity money by requisition or P-card, an organization’s account, or each member.

A university office or department
Gear for a university office or department.
Admissions, orientation, a college, a lab or a service office. The university pays, the purchase goes through a requisition or a P-card, and anything with the university’s name or logo usually needs the trademark office — and often a licensed vendor — before it is made.
- A written quote first. Styles, sizes, decoration and price in writing, ready for your requisition or P-card approval.
- Whose mark, settled before design. We ask whose name goes on it before we quote, so nothing is designed that the trademark office will send back.
Whose name or logo goes on it?
- Only your own event or program name, with no university name, logo, seal or mascot. Usually outside the trademark rules — check your campus policy. We can quote it now.
- The university’s name, logo, seal or mascot. Most universities require trademark-office approval and a licensed vendor for this, even for items you give away. We do not claim a licence we have not confirmed: tell us your school and we check its policy with you, and say plainly if we cannot take the order.
- Not sure. Tell us your school. We read its published trademark policy with you before anything is designed.

- Approvals take time: plan on the trademark office and purchasing needing days to weeks before an order can be placed.
- Some campuses do not allow P-cards for promotional items without purchasing’s approval; your requisition or purchase order works instead.
- Items you give away and items you sell are often treated differently by the trademark office.
- Need our W-9 or supplier-registration paperwork? Ask on the request.

A student organization or club sport
Gear for a student organization.
Officers change every year; the organization does not. Member shirts, a tabling giveaway, a club sport’s warm-ups — paid from the organization’s account through the university, or by members themselves.
- A size link for members. One link; each member adds a name and a size; only your officers and Court Warrior see the list.
- Or members pay for themselves. A private store with your approved designs; members choose a size and pay at checkout; it closes on the date you set.

Whose name or logo goes on it?
- Only your organization’s own name and logo. With no university name, logo or mascot anywhere on it, you can usually use any vendor. We can make it now.
- The university’s name, logo or mascot — including “[Your club] at [University]”. Most campuses require approval and a licensed vendor for this. We do not claim a licence we have not confirmed; tell us your school and we say plainly what is possible.
- Not sure. Tell us your school. We check its student-organization policy with you before anything is designed.

- If the organization pays from its account held by the university, the purchase usually needs your advisor and the student-activities office, and the university pays us by purchase order — not a reimbursed receipt.
- Some campuses keep a separate approved-vendor list for club sports. Tell us if yours does.
- Next year’s officers find this year’s design and sizes where you left them: Court Warrior remembers the organization, not just this year’s president.

Want a rough price first?
The first question, answered first
What does this cost for your group?
Real Court Warrior prices, not a placeholder. Pick what you need and how many — the number below updates as you go.
From prices, group pricing (12+ of one item) already built in, one printed location included. A bigger print, names and numbers, or a rush date move the figure too — your quote confirms all of it.
A fraternity or sorority chapter
Chapter gear, with the letters handled properly.
Recruitment, bid day, philanthropy, formals, new-member gear. The chapter orders or each member pays — and your letters and crest belong to your national organization, not to the chapter or to us.
- Members pay for themselves. A private chapter store: each member picks a size and pays at checkout, and it closes on your date. No payment-app spreadsheet.
- Or one chapter order. A size link and one quote when the chapter pays.

Do your letters or crest go on it?
- An event design only — no letters, crest or organization name. We can make it now.
- Your Greek letters, crest or organization name. Your national organization owns them, and commercial production generally needs a vendor licensed through its licensing program. We do not claim that licence; tell us your organization and we say plainly whether we can take the order.
- Letters and a university name or logo. Both owners’ rules apply — the national organization’s and the university’s.

- Each member’s order ships to the address they give at checkout.
- Officers change every year; the chapter does not. Court Warrior remembers the chapter, its designs and its sizes.
- Philanthropy events often have their own design with no letters at all — those are the simplest to make.

An alumni association or chapter
Alumni gear for reunions and chapters.
Some alumni associations are separate nonprofits; others are part of the university. That decides who approves the university’s name and logo — and the reunion date decides everything else.
- A store for the reunion. Alumni order and pay for themselves, and the store closes in time for the weekend.
- Or one order for the event. Volunteer, registration-table and class-year gear on one quote.
Whose name or logo goes on it?
- Only your chapter’s or reunion’s own name. We can quote it now.
- The university’s name, logo, seal or mascot. Usually needs the university’s trademark approval, and sometimes a licensed vendor. We do not claim a licence we have not confirmed; we check with you first.
- Not sure. Tell us the university; we check its policy with you before design.

- If it happens every year, tick the box and next year’s reminder comes from you, not from a guess.
- Class-year designs are their own group: the year, the class, the names.

Athletics
Athletics: where we fit, and where we do not.
Varsity uniforms and team-issued apparel are usually supplied under the athletic department’s outfitter agreement — often one brand and one team dealer for every program. Court Warrior does not replace that.
- Club sports and intramurals. Registered club teams usually buy like student organizations — start there.
- Staff, camps and events. Gear an athletics office orders follows the university’s trademark rules, like any department.
See how we handle the rest →
- We do not quote varsity game uniforms for a program already under an outfitter agreement.
- Some campuses list separate approved vendors for club sports; tell us if yours does.
